The Venture Capital division is the best means of channelling a large part of the company's diversification investments. It is also the best route for accepting money from new investors. The core objective here is to identify investment opportunities within unlisted companies with a view to helping them grow and generate medium- and long-term profit.
This division manages the chain of St. George's British Schools, which are distributed across Spain.
The company's investment in Renewable Energies is channelled through this division and is a clear example of Montealto's commitment to sustainable development. Montealto Energy's objective is to offer an integrated service to the growing demand in today's society through the development of different sources of renewable energy, focusing its activities on the photovoltaic, thermo-solar and wind power sectors.
In all, Montealto has projects in development with an estimated power of 165 GW. Montealto is particularly active in the solar energy sector and designs, promotes, constructs and operates electricity generation plants, using the sun as its raw material.
Montealto's Engineering division provides services to the other parts of the business. It specialises in the design and execution of works' technical plans - both for civil engineering and building construction projects. This division offers its services both inside the group and externally and offers advice to our customers across all phases of a project (design, construction, financing and maintenance).
It makes available its multidisciplinary management and technical team, with a view to ensuring that objectives are correctly and efficiently met.
